At My PG Sathi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for paid plans.
We offer a free 30-day trial on all plans with no credit card required, so you can try My PG Sathi fully before making any payment.
1 Free Trial
All My PG Sathi plans come with a 30-day free trial. During the trial period:
- You get full access to all features of your chosen plan
- No payment or credit card is required to start the trial
- You will not be charged anything during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time during the trial โ no questions asked
๐ก We strongly recommend using the full 30-day trial before subscribing to make sure My PG Sathi is the right fit for your PG business.
2 Refund Summary
Here is a quick overview of when refunds are and are not applicable:

- โ Technical issue on our side preventing access for 7+ days
- โ Duplicate payment charged by mistake
- โ Wrong plan charged due to a billing error
- โ Refund request within 7 days of first payment (new subscribers only)

- โ Cancellation after the 7-day new subscriber window
- โ Unused days remaining in a billing period
- โ Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- โ Change of mind after using the platform
3 7-Day New Subscriber Refund
If you are a new paid subscriber and are not satisfied after making your first payment, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment date.
- This applies to first-time payments only, not renewals
- You must contact us within 7 days of the payment date
- Your account will be closed upon refund approval
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method
4 Technical Issues & Service Failure
If My PG Sathi is unavailable or has a major technical issue that prevents you from using the platform for 7 or more consecutive days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for those days.
- You must report the issue to our support team promptly
- We will investigate and confirm the issue before processing a refund
- Planned maintenance periods do not qualify for refunds
5 Yearly Plan Cancellation
For yearly subscriptions:
- You can cancel your yearly plan at any time to stop auto-renewal
- Your account will remain active until the end of the paid year
- Refunds for the remaining months of a yearly plan are not provided unless covered by sections 3 or 4 above
- We recommend switching to a monthly plan if you are unsure about committing annually
6 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

Our team will review your request within 1โ2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Refund Processed
If approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
7 Cancellation (Without Refund)
You can cancel your subscription at any time without any cancellation fee. To cancel:
- Go to your Account Settings โ Subscription โ Cancel Plan
- Or contact us on WhatsApp and we will help you cancel immediately
After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is stored for 30 days after the billing period ends, giving you time to export your records.
8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For major changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.
